Designed to be built, and we'll see it built
No design is complete until it can be manufactured. We design for manufacture from day one, then support production at whatever scale you need, from one-offs to 100k units a year.
Prototypes
Good prototypes are essential to prove a design. We work closely with a specialist local SMD prototype manufacturer capable of the finest-pitch, most complex designs. In-house, we handle component sourcing, SMT rework, prototype modification, test and repair, and we can build small runs to support early development.
Volume manufacturing
When your design is approved and ready for production, you choose how it’s built:
- Your manufacturer. We supply a complete manufacturing drawing and data package, and support your chosen manufacturer.
- Our UK partners. We manage production through trusted UK electronics manufacturers, chosen to suit your volumes.
- Complete box build. Final assembly, test and delivery of the finished product, managed through our partners and fully supported by us.
